Control sample revisions
A sample tracker records the version, issue, owner and approval status. We coordinate material and finish samples, functional checks and packaging fit. Changes to an approved sample are recorded against the drawing or specification instead of being left in messages.
Release a repeatable baseline
The handoff includes the approved sample reference, controlled specification, packaging requirements and agreed test plan. Tooling ownership, maintenance and transfer records are clarified in the engagement. Specialist testing is commissioned to the agreed scope, not treated as a universal compliance guarantee.
