One portfolio instead of scattered updates
We map suppliers, styles, orders, approved specifications and dependencies. The shared order tracker establishes a single current position, including which dates are factory estimates and which milestones are agreed. Existing suppliers can remain in place.
An exception comes with a proposed action
Quality concerns, delayed materials, capacity changes and document gaps enter one issue log. Each issue has an owner, required evidence, due date and escalation point. We coordinate supplier responses and present options with cost and timing implications for client approval.
Keep the supplier relationship portable
You receive consolidated reporting and controlled records rather than only verbal progress. Supplier performance reviews carry lessons into reorders. Data ownership, disclosure milestones and handover responsibilities are agreed so the engagement can be governed and transferred.
Common questions
Do we have to replace our current factories?
No. We can coordinate an existing supplier portfolio, start with a single order or scope a pilot around one live problem.
Who makes commercial decisions?
Your team retains approval authority. We collect evidence, coordinate responses and present the action plan; significant changes and shipment release require the agreed client authorisation.
