Check readiness before production
Confirm the current specification, approved sample, material availability, tooling, packaging and production schedule. Outstanding approvals become visible dependencies. Purchase order assumptions and responsibilities are recorded so a deposit does not silently become a specification approval.
Follow milestones and exceptions
Production updates are linked to relevant evidence and next actions. We coordinate supplier follow-up, quality checkpoints and changes to the baseline. If a milestone slips, we ask for the cause, capacity position, revised plan and evidence supporting the recovery date.
A controlled release handoff
The client receives a consolidated progress record, open-action list and release prerequisites. Final inspection, remaining deviations, document readiness and freight arrangements are coordinated before the agreed client release decision. Records carry into reorders rather than starting from scratch.
Common questions
Can you help with an order already in production?
Yes. We begin by establishing the current baseline, remaining work and access to the supplier. Recovery options depend on the actual factory position.
Can you guarantee the delivery date?
A guarantee is not assumed. We track the agreed schedule and escalate risks with evidence and recovery options; final commitments depend on the supplier and engagement terms.
